Relating to facilitating entry of an out-of-state business to perform disaster or emergency remediation work in this state and to provide a limited exemption for that purpose from state and local taxes and fees, licensing or registration requirements, and other requirements during the time in this state employed in disaster or emergency remediation work; and to declare an emergency.

Relating to elimination of sales taxes on sale of internet access services; and to provide an effective date.

Relating to the restoration of a driver's license.

Relating to notice to a property owner of an assessment increase and property valuation and property tax estimate notices; to amend and reenact subsection 8 of section 54‑01.1‑02, sections 57‑02‑04 and 57‑02‑08, subsection 4 of section 57‑02‑08.1, and sections 57‑12‑09, 57‑20‑07, 57‑09‑04, 57‑11‑03, 57‑12‑06, 57‑15‑02.1, 57‑23‑09, and 57‑55‑10 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to exclusion of intangible personal property from assessments of real property, notice of assessments to property owners, exclusion of de minimus property tax from collection,notice to a property owner of an assessment increase, and refunds on overpayment of property taxes; to repeal section 57‑12‑09 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to notice to a property owner of an assessment increase; and to provide an effective date.

Relating to the multistate tax compact; to amend and reenact subsection 5 of section 57‑38‑04 and section 57-38.1-09 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to apportionment of business income; to repeal chapter 57-59 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the multistate tax compact; and to provide an effective date.

Relating to a sales and use tax exemption for carbon dioxide capture equipment used for enhanced oil recovery; to amend and reenact section 57‑60‑06 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to ad valorem property tax exemption for carbon dioxide capture equipment used for enhanced oil recovery; to provide for a legislative management study; and to provide an effective date.

A concurrent resolution urging Congress to redefine the role and mission of the United States Department of Education and to clarify the department's relationship with the states.
