A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 43-17 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to exceptions to the licensure requirements to practice medicine; and to amend and reenact sections 43-17-01, 43-17-02, 43-17-06, 43-17-30.1, and 43-17-31 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the definitions of practice of medicine and telemedicine, persons exempt from medical practice licensure requirements, officers of the board of medical examiners, and disciplinary action of the board.
