Title
A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new subsection to section 57-36-09 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the imposition of penalty and interest under the tobacco products tax law; and to amend and reenact sections 57-36-07, 57-36-11.1, and subsections 1 and 2 of section 57-36-25 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the tobacco product stamp requirements on sales to enrolled tribal members, the time for filing tobacco products tax returns by licensed tobacco products manufacturers, and the imposition of penalty and interest under the tobacco products tax law.
