A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new chapter to title 6, a new section to chapter 50-24.4, and a new chapter to title 50 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to a funding pool to establish the North Dakota health care trust fund to make grants and loans to support development of adult residential care facilities, assisted living facilities, and other alternatives to nursing facility care; to repeal chapter 50-21 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the administration of a revolving fund for nursing homes and homes for aged; to provide continuing appropriations to make funding pool payments and disbursements from the North Dakota health care trust fund; to declare a retroactive application; and to declare an emergency.
