Title
A BILL for an Act to create and enact chapter 26.1-42.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to an insurance guaranty association for property and casualty insurance; to amend and reenact subsection 9 of section 26.1-06.1-03, section 26.1-14-15, subdivision b of subsection 3 of section 26.1-40-15.1, subsection 3 of section 26.1-40-15.5, subsection 1 of section 26.1-41-18, and subsection 3 of section 26.1-46-04 of the North Dakota Century Code; and to repeal chapter 26.1-42 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the insurance guaranty association.
