Title
A concurrent resolution to create and enact a new section to article X of the Constitution of North Dakota, relating to the allocation of funds from settlements with tobacco product manufacturers. STATEMENT OF INTENT This amendment provides that funds received from settlements with tobacco product manufacturers will be allocated to certain programs.
