Title
A concurrent resolution to create and enact a new section to article XI of the Constitution of North Dakota, relating to the collection of fees by nongovernmental entities. STATEMENT OF INTENT This amendment would authorize the legislative assembly to provide that certain fees collected by nongovernmental entities need not be deposited in the state treasury.
