A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new subsection to section 57-39.2-04 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to a sales and use tax exemption for sales and use of used farm machinery, farm machinery repair parts, and used irrigation equipment used exclusively for agricultural purposes; to amend and reenact sections 57-39.2-02.1 and 57-40.2-02.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to imposition of sales tax on sales of used farm machinery, farm machinery repair parts, and used irrigation equipment used exclusively for agricultural purposes; and to provide an effective date.
