A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact section 23-06-21 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to providing information on the burial locations of wartime veterans; and to repeal section 37-03-12 and chapter 37-16 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to recording of persons who provided military service during World War II and the Korean hostilities and recording the burial places of wartime veterans.
