Title
A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 28-32 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to authority of the administrative rules committee to call up existing administrative rules for review; to amend and reenact subsection 1 of section 28-32-03.3 of the North Dakota Century Code or in the alternative to amend and reenact subsection 1 of section 28-32-18 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to authority of the administrative rules committee to void or suspend administrative rules; and to provide an effective date.
