Title
A concurrent resolution directing the Legislative Council to study the economic and social benefits of solid waste reduction and the implementation of recycling programs including the expansion of Project Safe Send to rural communities, job creation in the solid waste industry, growth of the solid waste industry, the life span of existing municipal solid waste landfills, and identification of impediments to waste reduction in the state, including the development of markets, training, identification of technical needs, and funding.
