A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new subsection to section 39-06.1-10 and a new section to chapter 39-20 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the twenty-four seven sobriety program; to amend and reenact subsection 7 of section 39-06.1-10, sections 39-06.1-11, 39-08-01, 39-08-01.2, 39-20-01, 39-20-03.1, 39-20-04, 39-20-04.1, and 39-20-05, subsection 6 of section 39-20-07, and section 39-20-14 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to driving while under the influence; to provide for a legislative management study; to provide a penalty; and to provide an appropriation.
