Title
A BILL for an Act to create and enact two new sections to chapter 15.1-22 and sections 15.1-32-05.1 and 15.1-34-01.5 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to kindergarten admission and the provision of special education services; to amend and reenact subsection 5 of section 15-19-01 and sections 15.1-06-01, 15.1-20-02, 15.1-22-02, 15.1-22-03, 15.1-32-01, and 15.1-34-01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the minimum and maximum age of eligibility for school services and compulsory attendance; and to repeal section 15.1-20-01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to compulsory attendance.
