A BILL for an Act to create and enact subdivision nn of subsection 2 of section 12-60-24 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to criminal history record checks; to amend and reenact sections 43-25-05, 43-25-05.1, and 43-25-09, subsections 2 and 3 of section 43-25-10, section 43-25-14, and subsection 1 of section 43-25-18 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the governance of the board of massage and the regulation of massage therapists; to provide a penalty; to provide for application; and to provide an effective date.
