A BILL for an Act to create and enact chapter 39-35 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to consumer towing protection; to amend and reenact sections 23.1-15-03, 23.1-15-05, 39-26-04, 39-26-06, 39-26-07, and subsection 2 of section 39-26-08 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to custody of abandoned vehicles, notice to owners of abandoned vehicles, and right to reclaim an abandoned vehicle; to provide a penalty; and to provide an effective date.
