Senate Bill No. 2215 (2019) provides for a Kindergarten Through Grade Twelve Education Coordination Council to perform a continuous review of the effectiveness and efficiency of access and delivery of education services and programs in the state. The council includes one member of the majority party in the House of Representatives appointed by the House Majority Leader, one member of the majority party in the Senate appointed by the Senate Majority Leader, and one member of the minority party appointed through collaboration between the respective Minority Leaders.
