Child Care Services Advisory Committee

The Child Care Services Advisory Committee is responsible for reviewing and providing input on the laws, administrative rules, and policies of the Department of Health and Human Services relating to child care licensing. Section 3 of House Bill No. 1119 (2025) provides the committee must include two members of the House of Representatives, appointed by the House Majority Leader, and two members of the Senate, appointed by the Senate Majority Leader.
