A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 53-06.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the conduct and play of the horse racing game; and to amend and reenact subsection 2 of section 53-06.1-03 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the games eligible organizations are authorized to conduct.
