A BILL for an Act to create and enact two new sections to chapter 15.1‑22 and sections 15.1‑32‑05.1 and 15.1‑34‑01.5 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to kindergarten admission and the provision of special education services; to amend and reenact subsection 5 of section 15‑19‑01 and sections 15.1‑06‑01, 15.1‑20‑02, 15.1‑22‑02, 15.1‑22‑03, 15.1‑32‑01, and 15.1‑34‑01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the minimum and maximum age of eligibility for school services and compulsory attendance; and to repeal section 15.1‑20‑01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to compulsory attendance.
