Cash Management Board

The Cash Management Board is responsible for reviewing existing policies for the management of money in the state treasury and, if necessary, developing policies in coordination with the State Treasurer and the Bank of North Dakota to ensure principal preservation and adequate liquidity for the state's cash flow needs. Under Section 54-11-18, the House Majority Leader appoints two members of the House, and the Senate Majority Leader appoints two members of the Senate, to the eight-member board.
