A BILL for an Act to create and enact chapter 51-38 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the regulation of kratom products; to amend and reenact section 12.1-31-03 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the sale of kratom to individuals under twenty-one years of age; to provide a penalty; to provide an appropriation; and to provide an effective date.
