Pursuant to Section 7 of Article V of the Constitution of North Dakota, the Governor called a special session of the Legislative Assembly to convene on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, for the purpose of acting on funding related to the Rural Health Transformation Program, and for other purposes as determined by the Legislative Assembly.
