A BILL for an Act to create and enact two new sections to chapter 39-24 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to accidents and liability; to amend and reenact sections 39-24-02, 39-24-03.1, 39-24-07, 39-24-08, 39-24-09, 39-24-09.1, 39-24-10, and 39-24-11, and subsection 2 of section 57-40.3-01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the licensing of snowmobiles; to provide a penalty; and to provide an effective date.
