2019 § 14 Study the feasibility and desirability of reducing Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center fees and consider alternatives to address the sustainability of the Parks and Recreation Department's operations of the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center.
2019 § 15 Study the public access and use of real property located between the Missouri River and the Missouri River Correctional Center, owned by the State of North Dakota, under the control of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, and the impact of transferring the property to the Parks and Recreation Department.

The study must include a review of the dates state agency fee provisions were created and modified, the revenue generated by the fee as compared to the expenditures related to the purpose or purposes for which the fee is imposed, and the fund or funds in which fee revenue is deposited and from which fee revenue is expended; consideration of whether the amounts of fees should be changed and whether the imposition of a fee is appropriate or if other government revenues should be used to fund the provision of services.
