A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 65-03 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to a workforce safety and insurance drug-free workplace safety program; to amend and reenact section 65-01-11 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to workers' compensation incentives for employers to have preemployment, postaccident, and random testing for alcohol and controlled substances; to provide for application; and to provide an expiration date.
