State Council on Educational Opportunity for Military Children

Section 15.1-04.1-04, effective through July 31, 2013, requires the state council to appoint a military family education liaison to assist military families and the state in facilitating the implementation of the Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children. Under Section 15.1-04.1-02, the state council consists of two nonvoting members and at least five voting members, one of whom is a legislator appointed by the chairman of the Legislative Management.
