Under Section 50-06-45, the Legislative Health Care Task Force performs a quarterly review of North Dakota health care, including data, reports, audits, and other information. The task force includes the chairmen of the appropriations committee human resources division of each house, the chairmen of the human services committee of each house, one members of the House of Representatives appointed by the House Majority Leader, and one member of the Senate appointed by the Senate Majority Leader.
