A concurrent resolution for the amendment of section 2 of article IV of the Constitution of
North Dakota, relating to the election of representatives; and to provide an effective date.
STATEMENT OF INTENT
This amendment provides that representatives must be elected from subdistricts of senatorial
districts. The amendment will be effective for any legislative redistricting plan enacted
after completion of the 2000 federal decennial census.
