A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 50‑24.1 and a new subsection to section 54‑44.3‑12 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to medical assistance coverage of services provided by marriage and family therapists and the state job classification index; to amend and reenact subsection 10 of section 25‑03.1‑02, subdivision d of subsection 2 of section 26.1‑36‑08, and paragraph 1 of subdivision f of subsection 2 of section 26.1‑36‑09 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to commitment procedures and insurance coverage for substance abuse and mental health; and to direct the department of human services to submit a plan.
