A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact sections 15-08-19, 40-25-09, 57-24-22, 57-24-24, subsection 1 of section 57-27-02, sections 57-28-01, 57-28-05, 57-28-07, and 57-45-11 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the length of time a tax sale certificate must be held before presentation to the county auditor for service of notice of expiration of the period of redemption; and to provide an effective date.
