A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 65-05 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to payment of preacceptance disability benefits to an employee who allegedly suffers a work-related injury; to amend and reenact sections 65-05-08, 65-05-08.1, 65-05-09, 65-05-10, and 65-06.2-02 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to payment of workers' compensation disability benefits and payments to confined workers; to provide an effective date; and to provide an expiration date.
