Title
A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 65-01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the presumption that certain conditions of paid firefighters and law enforcement officers are work-related; to amend and reenact sections 65-01-02, 65-01-03, 65-01-11, 65-01-15, and 65-07-03 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to definitions, the presumption of being an employee for purposes of workers' compensation, and the burden of proof in workers' compensation matters; and to provide for a study of wage-loss benefits structure.
