Title
A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 20.1-15 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to consumption of alcohol while hunting; to amend and reenact section 20.1-15-05, subsection 1 of section 20.1-15-07, subsection 2 of section 20.1-15-08, sections 20.1-15-11, and 20.1-15-13 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to alcohol or drug level for purposes of determining hunting while intoxicated; and to provide a penalty.
