A BILL for an Act to provide an appropriation for defraying the expenses of the state department of health; to amend and reenact sections 23-09-01, 23-09-02.1, 23-09-03, 23-09-05, 23-09-06, 23-09-07, 23-09-08, 23-09-09, 23-09-10, 23-09-11, 23-09-14, 23-09-16, 23-09-17, 23-09-18, 23-09-20.1, 23-09-21, and 23-09-22 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the requirements for the operation of a food and lodging establishment; to repeal section 23-09-12 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to certificates of inspection; to provide an effective date; to provide an expiration date; and to provide for a legislative council study.
