Title
A BILL for an Act to provide an appropriation for defraying the expenses of the state board for vocational and technical education; to create and enact a new subsection to section 15-20.1-03 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the powers and duties of the state board for vocational and technical education; to amend and reenact section 6-09.10-02.1, subsection 1 of section 6-09.10-06, sections 15-20.1-01, and 15-20.1-02 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the duties of the credit review board and the state board for vocational and technical education; and to provide statements of legislative intent.
