Title
A concurrent resolution for the amendment of section 6 of article VIII of the Constitution of North Dakota, relating to the state board of higher education and the control and administration of the state's educational institutions; and to provide an effective date. STATEMENT OF INTENT This amendment removes references to the state board of higher education and provides that the legislative assembly shall provide for the control and administration of the state's educational institutions. It further provides that these changes will take effect on January 1, 2001.
