Title
A concurrent resolution for the amendment of subdivision d of subsection 6 of section 6 of article VIII of the Constitution of North Dakota, relating to appropriations for the institutions of higher education. STATEMENT OF INTENT This amendment provides that the legislative assembly may appropriate moneys to the state board of higher education for the expenditures of all or some of the institutions under the control of the board or may appropriate moneys to individual institutions under the control of the board.
