Title
A BILL for an Act to provide an appropriation for defraying the expenses of the various divisions under the supervision of the director of the office of management and budget; to provide for various transfers and financial transactions; to provide an exemption from the provisions of section 54-44.1-11 of the North Dakota Century Code; to provide statements of legislative intent relating to state employee compensation adjustments; to authorize the transfer of special funds to the general fund; to provide for transfers from the Bank of North Dakota to the state general fund; to create and enact a new section to chapter 54-23.2 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to mobile data terminal and 911 service fees; to amend and reenact section 54-27.2-02 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the budget stabilization fund; and to provide an effective date.
