A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new subsection to section 57-38-30.3 and a new section to chapter 57-38 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to an income tax credit or rebate for property taxes paid contingent upon excess general fund balances; to repeal chapter 54-27.2 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the budget stabilization fund; to provide a continuing appropriation; and to provide an effective date.
