A concurrent resolution for the amendment of section 2 of article V of the Constitution of North Dakota, relating to removing the insurance commissioner as a constitutional officer; and to provide an effective date. STATEMENT OF INTENT This amendment removes the insurance commissioner as a constitutional officer effective January 1, 2001.
