Title
A BILL for an Act to provide for a state investment fund program; to create and enact a new section to chapter 15-03 and a new section to chapter 21-10 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to investments of the board of university and school lands and the state investment board; to amend and reenact section 54-27-25 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the tobacco settlement trust fund; to provide for state investments in the state investment fund; and to provide a continuing appropriation.
