A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new paragraph to subdivision a of subsection 11 of section 65-01-02 and a new section to chapter 65-05 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to compensable injuries for workers' compensation; and to amend and reenact paragraph 10 of subdivision b of subsection 11 of section 65-01-02 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to injuries not included as compensable injuries.
