A BILL for an Act to create and enact three new sections to chapter 49-03 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the establishment of electric service areas; and to amend and reenact sections 49-03-01, 49-03-01.1, 49-03-01.3, and 49-03-01.5 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to certificates of public convenience and necessity to be secured by an electric public utility, limitation on electric transmission and distribution lines, extensions, and service by electric public utilities, exclusions from such limitations, and definitions.
