A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact sections 57-39.2-04.2 and 57-40.2-04.2 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to sales and use tax exemption for machinery, equipment, and related facilities for reducing emissions, increasing efficiency, or enhancing reliability of equipment of a new or existing oil refinery or gas processing plant; and to provide an effective date.
