Legislative Council A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new chapter to title 15, a new section to chapter 54-44.4, and a new section to chapter 57-38.5 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to a centers of excellence program, an office of management and budget procurement information program, and seed capital investment tax credit treatment of investments in excess of caps on credits; to amend and reenact sections 6-09-15, 10-04-05, 10-30.5-04, and 54-16-01, subsection 1 of section 57-38-01.2, subsection 1 of section 57-38-71, and sections 57-38.5-01, 57-38.5-02, 57-38.5-03, 57-38.5-04, and 57-38.5-05 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the authority of the Bank of North Dakota to invest funds, cross-references affected by the fund to invest and manage funds, emergency commission membership, and the seed capital investment tax credit; to repeal chapters 10-30.1 and 10-30.2 and section 15-10-41 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to venture capital corporations, the Myron G.
