Title
A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 43-01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the temporary certification of an abstracter to work in a county that has no certified abstracter; and to amend and reenact sections 43-01-15.1 and 43-01-16 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the furnishing of limited abstracts upon request and the cancellation of an abstracter's certificate.
