A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact section 49-02-27 and subdivision a of subsection 5 of section 49-22-03 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the decommissioning of wind energy conversion facilities and to the definition of energy conversion facility; and to provide for a legislative council study of the development of wind and other natural resources.
