A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new subdivision to subsection 2 of section 12-60-24 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to criminal history record checks; to amend and reenact sections 43-53-01, 43-53-05, 43-53-06, 43-53-07, 43-53-08, 43-53-09, 43-53-10, and 43-53-12 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to marriage and family therapy licensure and practice; and to provide a penalty.
