A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 23-01 and a new section to chapter 23-16 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to phlebotomists and notification protocol in the case of exposure to an infectious organism; to amend and reenact sections 23-09.3-04 and 23-17.3-05 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to notification protocol in the case of exposure to an infectious organism; and to provide an effective date.
