A concurrent resolution to create and enact a new section to article X of the Constitution of
North Dakota, relating to the creation of a rainy day fund.
STATEMENT OF INTENT
This amendment would create a rainy day fund in the state treasury from which appropriations
or transfers could be made only upon approval by a two-thirds vote of the members elected to
each house of the legislative assembly and approval by the governor.
